Successful partnerships need nurturing and attention!

We understand that what really matters are timelines, expertise and innovation. At CBCC-Vibgyor, we continuously strive to build efficiencies in our processes and operational methodologies with a sole intention to devise effective solutions which will save valuable resources for our sponsors.

We are flexible and easy to work with. We pay utmost attention to every minute detail and analyze every study to identify challenges in the early stages. Working together as early as protocol design, we drive the project through an innovative course to consolidate cross functional processes, speed up progress and reduce risk .

Based on the project specific requirements, we appoint a dedicated Project Manager with therapeutic and technical experience that is best suited to the clinical study. The project manager is the primary collaborator for you throughout the trial life cycle. Our Project manager will proactively communicate with your team and work with you to arrive at significant deliverables such as the timelines, budgets, and strategies and achieve the target s with help of a dedicated project team.

Every trial and every sponsor has distinct and diverse requirements. Hence, we have diverse service models that are customized to meet the needs and budgets of every trial.

We offer our Services as:

Full-Service model : One-stop solution for all your clinical trial outsourcing needs! This is a traditional outsourcing methodology adopted by most sponsor companies when planning to fully outsource a study to one CRO. The Sponsor is relieved of the burden of having to allocate resources to manage multiple negotiations, contracts and point of contacts.

Functional-outsourcing model : The Sponsor has the flexibility to select and choose standalone services depending upon the current requirements of the planned clinical trial. We offer our sponsor companies services such as regulatory document preparation, monitoring site identification and initiation, biostatistics, medical writing, safety management, and more.

Preferred-Service Provider model: This is best suited for Sponsor companies with a strong portfolio and numerous clinical development programs. This model simplifies the Sponsor’s inconvenience of going through the vendor evaluation process repeatedly. CBCC-Vibgyor is empanelled to the Sponsor’s vendor list to support all clinical development needs with a long term commitment. This has proven to be a most preferred, highly efficient and cost- effective model!
